The Texas State Legislative Board is apart of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainman and a member of the Teamster rail Conference International Brotherhood of Teamsters.  The TXSLB was established in 1889. Texas State Legislative Board shall be to promote the health, welfare and safety, protect the financial interests and enhance the political education, of Texas Locomotive Engineers and Trainman.
